ONO PHARMA USA in the Community
Light the NightEach year, we join our community in Light the Night, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's annual walk to support people who have been diagnosed with cancer and raise critical funding for research. | Supporting PatientsThe American Cancer Society’s hope lodge program offers a free home away from home for patients seeking cancer treatment and their caregivers. ONO PHARMA USA employees donated blankets, cards, and a Senbazuru that employees made. A Senbazuru is a set of 1,000 origami cranes joined by a single thread. In Japan, the crane is known as a symbol of good health, happiness, and longevity. When you want a patient to recover, you give a Senbazuru and, according to tradition, if you fold 1,000 cranes your wish will come true. |
